Base. Frame. Envelope. Hearth

The base was cast in concrete with a wood frame. The envelope comprised of wood and textured glass that was found leaning against a dumpster. The hearth was represented by an electrical circuit involving a switch, a bulb, a lamp base and a plug. No glue or adhesives were used.
